Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable service plumber in the Glendale, Burbank, and surrounding Los Angeles area with at least 2- 5 years of hands on experience in residential and light commercial plumbing. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, detail oriented, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you're someone who is passionate about plumbing and can speak confidently and make connections with customers, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping
- Perform scheduled service calls and emergency repairs
- Install, repair, and replace water heaters, including tank and tankless systems
- Troubleshoot drainage and water supply systems efficiently
- Communicate with customers clearly, explain findings, and present repair options honestly
- Provide a positive customer experience through professionalism, cleanliness, and respect
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of service plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Motivated
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Willing to learn
- Able to work in tight crawl spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communicator
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Must have own basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tankless water heaters and water treatment systems
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell repairs and system upgrades
- Plumbing license or certifications are a plus
