Premium One Plumbing is looking for a high-energy Customer Service Representative who does more than just answer phones. This role is for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, build trust quickly, and turn inbound calls into booked jobs. You are often the first voice a customer hears, which means you play a direct role in our reputation, customer experience, and revenue. As a CSR, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, follow up on estimates, and help guide customers toward the right solutions for their needs. You should be comfortable asking the right questions, explaining service options clearly, and recognizing opportunities to upsell or convert inquiries into booked appointments. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and helping a business grow through strong communication, this role is for you.

CSR agents have the opportunity to earn strong weekly pay with commissions and bonuses based on performance.
