CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

Premium One Plumbing is looking for a high-energy Customer Service Representative who does more than just answer phones. This role is for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, build trust quickly, and turn inbound calls into booked jobs. You are often the first voice a customer hears, which means you play a direct role in our reputation, customer experience, and revenue. As a CSR, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, follow up on estimates, and help guide customers toward the right solutions for their needs. You should be comfortable asking the right questions, explaining service options clearly, and recognizing opportunities to upsell or convert inquiries into booked appointments. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and helping a business grow through strong communication, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound phone calls professionally and confidently
  • Convert service inquiries into scheduled appointments
  • Educate customers on our services, pricing structure, and next steps
  • Follow up on estimates, missed calls, and previous customers
  • Identify sales opportunities and help maximize booking rates
  • Maintain accurate customer notes and scheduling details
  • Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth service flow

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day
  • Sales-minded, persuasive, and confident without being pushy
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with stressed or frustrated customers
  • Willingness to learn plumbing services, pricing, and sales techniques

Bonus Points

  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services
  • Call center or inside sales experience
  • Familiarity with booking or dispatch software

Compensation

CSR agents have the opportunity to earn strong weekly pay with commissions and bonuses based on performance.
